How do I register on your website?

Click on the Sign In link or person icon on the top right corner of the home page, provide your information and review our Terms and Conditions to Register.

Do I have to register, to make a purchase?

No, you can browse, add to cart and make a purchase without actually registering on the website. However, you will need to fill in basic information to actually place an order, and we capture this data to process your order.

How do I reset my password?

Click on the Sign In link or person icon on the top right corner of the home page, and provide your email id. Click on Sign In. Click on Forgot Password and follow normal procedure to change your password.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled on your end. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any and all orders, at any point in time for errors in pricing or availability. In situations such as these, we will contact you with notification of such cancellation and you will be automatically refunded

 

How do I get a refund on an order that you have cancelled?

You will be automatically refunded, and your cancelled order amount returned to your account as per regular payment gateway terms and conditions. This is typically within 7 working days of the order having been cancelled.

Please contact us using the Get in Touch form on our website, if you have not received your refund, so we can follow up with the payment gateway as well.

Can I return a customised order for a refund?
No, we do not accept returns/ provide refunds on orders customised for you.
When can I expect delivery of my order?

Once we ship the order, you will receive an email with your tracking details, which you can use to track your package’s whereabouts.

Can I make changes to my order?

No, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

Can I return a product?
No, we do not accept returns. In the event of damage in transit or obvious defects, please contact us using the Get in Touch form on our website. Please ensure you provide your Order Number and details of the issue, in your mail to us.

How can I track an order?

Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you, with the tracking number and shipping agent details – you can track the order directly via their website.

If you have created an account (by Signing in on the website), you can also track your order by signing in on the website, and locating the order under ‘My Orders.’

What is the Country of Origin of your products?

All REMA KUMAR products are sourced and made in India.
