SHIPPING DETAILS |
We currently only ship within India. Please get in touch with us on email for international shipments. All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Delhi, and will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. We ship through registered courier companies. Deliveries could take between 7-12 working days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. |
SHIPPING CHARGES |
We charge a flat shipping and handling fee for all orders placed on the website. All applicable final charges will be displayed during the checkout process, including applicable discounts, if present. Shipping will be free for orders greater than Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only). |
TRACKING YOUR ORDER |
Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you, with the tracking number and shipping agent details – you can track the order via their website. You can also track your order by signing in on our website, and locating the order under ‘My Orders.’ |
RETURN OF AN ORDER |
Our shipping agent will attempt delivery thrice, before the order will be returned to us. In such a situation, we will not refund the order amount. Please ensure you provide the complete and accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number, to help with prompt and accurate delivery. |
MODES OF PAYMENT |
We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). |
